New Zealand Grass Fed Beef Tenderloin - Cut To Order
Exceptionally marbled, tender and intensely beefy, our 100% grass fed Tenderloin comes from Angus cattle raised in the pristine pastures of New Zealand, grazing on rugged pastures filled with verdant grasses kissed by wild ocean breezes and pure, unpolluted rain. Sustainably and humanely raised, this is a pure and natural beef, never given any antibiotics, steroids, hormones or GMOs.
This is our most tender, most premium cut – exquisitely flavored, finely textured and perfectly versatile. Roast or grill it whole, or cut into steaks and pan sear or fry. Because this is leaner (and healthier!) than regular beef, cook to medium-rare so as to not overcook. Unlike grain-fed or feedlot cattle, grass-fed beef benefits from its natural diet by being high on vitamins and minerals, making it the perfect choice for the health and environmentally conscious foodie.
Our Grass Fed Tenderloin comes whole or availalbe in a variety of different steak sizes.
Storage: Meat will arrive frozen in a vacuum sealed bag. Unopened, use or freeze within 7 days. Once opened, cook within 1 day. Will keep in the freezer up to 6 months. To defrost, thaw overnight in the refrigerator and use within 3 days.
