Founded in 1946, Huilerie Vernoilaise has perfected their process over the generations. Preserving time-tested methods and improving them throughout the years. Decades later, they have risen to the top of their industry, creating some of the finest virgin oils available on the market. Still using the same century-old cast iron vertical press, they extract their oils through cold pressing. This term means the nuts or seeds are kept at a relatively cold temperature (never exceeding 80F). This lower temperature keeps all the nutrients inherent to the oils and ensures maximum quality and flavor.
