This vegetable puree from Ravifruit is made of 100% sweet carrots from Les Sables des Landes. This all-natural product contains no additives or preservatives, of any kind, and is made from carefully selected carrots at their peak. Thanks to a gentle steam cooking, the organoleptic and nutritional qualities of the carrots are preserved. Particular care is taken in the cooking temperature to preserve the aromatic intensity, the original color, and to obtain a smooth texture. Use for souffles, soups, coulis, chutneys and anywhere else you would use fresh carrots.
