Hsinchu Rice Noodles
Hsinchu rice noodles are a long thread-like noodle, light and translucent, made from ground rice. This oriental noodle from Formosa is packed in a 14 oz package and has a firm, (but not chewy) texture when cooked. All natural and contain no cholesterol, simply cook them in boiling water for a few minutes.
