Q: I had some lake Victoria perch at a resturant last week and it was some of the best fish that I have ever had. Was wondering if you sold frozen skinless boneless lake Victoria perch. The fish that I had from the resturant the waiter said it was flown in from Africa, this fish was much thicker than oven perch. Mild in flavor and very moist. Thanks for your help
