Sheridan’s Cheesemongers, who were looking for the perfect vehicle to match and showcase their cheeses, partnered with a local Cork baker to create them. They succeeded in finding it with their Irish Brown Bread Crackers! With a mild flavor – which lets the cheeses shine – but enough structure to pair with both soft and hard cheeses, they match especially well to British cheeses like Cheddar and Stilton.
These crackers are handmade in West Cork, Ireland, with ingredients sourced locally in county Cork: flour stone ground at Macroom Mills, local butter from a co-op and buttermilk made by a family farm in Belgooly.
