Butter Cream Base
An easy one-step cold-process preparation (no cooking!) to make classic-style buttercream. Simply add a like amount of softened butter, and whip at high speed for 5 to 6 minutes, and add water or flavoring to make it lighter. It has a high-volume structure and can be colored and flavored. It also may be rewhipped, and it pipes and spreads effortlessly
