Truffled Balsamic Wild Mushrooms Recipe Instructions

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Wild Mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tbsp. of Truffle Butter
  • ¼ Cup of Aged 10 Year Old Balsamic Vinegar
  • Truffle salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium saute pan, melt the truffle butter over medium heat. Stir in mushrooms and cook about 3 minutes, until tender. Stir in the balsamic and reduce for 4 minutes. Season with truffle salt, pepper to taste and serve.
