If you loved your childhood mac and cheese, you'll love this grown-up and upscale version! We added truffled cheese and Italian Parmigiano reggiano cheese, as well as a sprinkle of truffle salt and slices of fresh truffle, for the most decadent truffle mac and cheese you've ever tasted.

Truffled Mac and Cheese Recipe Instructions


  • 1 box short pasta, Elbows
  • 3 cups Truffled Cheese
  • 1 ½ cups of Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. truffle oil
  • Truffle salt, to taste
  • 1 Fresh black truffle, sliced thinly


  1. Start you pasta and cook until all dente. While pasta is cooking, start on your sauce.
  2. Bring the heavy cream to a boil in a medium pan. Once it starts to boil immediately turn the heat down to medium. Add in the truffle cheese and parmigiano cheese, using a whisk to incorporate. Cook until the sauce has thickened and the cheese is fully melted. Season with truffle salt.
  3. Add the cooked pasta into the sauce pan, mix and serve. Drizzle each plate with truffle oil and arrange truffle slices on top.
