It is made with 100% sugar cane sugar and molasses, and does not contain beet sugar, corn syrup crystals, or any other inferior sweeteners. It is also not “turbinado” sugar or “sugar in the raw.”

If brown sugar becomes hard, you can soften the brown sugar by wrapping it in foil and baking it on a low temperature for a few minutes.
