Buche de Chevre Frais is, literally, a log-shaped fresh goat cheese.
Aged just a few weeks, it has that traditional blinding white paste, and
a mild and tangy flavor. Perfect to add to a cheeseboard or for salads.
Ingredients: Pasteurized goat's milk, salt, cultures, animal rennet or coagulant.
