Chocolate Chip Cookie Truffles Recipe

A delicious truffle that will wow adults and kids alike! Yummy truffles with a chocolate chip cookie center, dipped in smooth bittersweet baking chocolate and decorated with white chocolate.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Truffles Recipe Instructions

  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 2 ¼ cups chocolate chip cookies, chopped
  • 7 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 1/2 oz. white baking chocolate, melted
  • 1 lb. bittersweet baking chocolate 70 %, melted and at room temperature
  • 7 to 10 oz. white chocolate, melted for decorating

  1. In a large bowl cream butter with a silicone spatula or wooden spoon, then gradually mix in the chopped cookies.
  2. Add the condensed milk and the melted chocolate, mixing well.
  3. Shape into ¾ inch balls and place on waxed paper; keep in the fridge for 2 hours.
  4. The dough may be sticky, put a little powdered sugar in your hands - this will make it easier to shape the truffles.
  5. Dip the cookie balls with a fork into the melted dark chocolate coating to cover, then place on waxed paper and until set.
  6. Put the melted white chocolate in a piping bag , cut a little piece of the piping bag and make stripes on top of the truffles. Store in a fresh place until needed.
