Valrhona white chocolate is creamy smooth, pure and light in color, and bright and fresh in flavor. Because of its higher melting point, white chocolate is best for coating and molding. However, it can also be used for sauces, ice cream and sorbets, chocolate drinks, glazes, pastries, and ganache.

White chocolate is known for its warm flavors of milk and vanilla. It gets its creamy white color because it does not have cocoa solids like other chocolates. Instead, white chocolate consists of cocoa butter, sugar, and milk. White chocolate is an easy chocolate for decoration because it is solid at room temperature, and blends well with food coloring because of its light color.

Valrhona white chocolates are packaged in bags of oval or bean shaped chips called feves; perfect for measuring, blending, melting, coating, and molding.

Valrhona chocolates are crafted for professionals, fair trade certified, kosher and gluten-free.

Ingredients: 33% cocoa minimum, pure cocoa. Cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural vanilla extract.
