Fruit Flavored Vinegar
Wonderfully fresh and delicious, fruit vinegars add a lovely flavor to many dishes. While balsamic vinegar can be sweet yet heavy, a fruit vinegar like apple cider vinegar or raspberry add sweetness without weighing down. Light and fresh, fruit vinegars are made - usually - by steeping the fruit in a good quality base vinegar, champagne or wine, until it's infused with the fruit's flavor - sweet, tart, or citrusy.
