Also known as Bucatini, many the inadvertent shopper has gone home with a box of this pasta mistaking it for Spaghetti. At first glance they look almost the same, long and thin. However, Perciatelli has a great little secret: a hollow middle that captures all that great sauce you prepared! Perfect for all kinds of hearty and textured sauces, like Bolognese especially or anything full of vegetables. Cooking time is 12 minutes. Bronze drawn and slow dried by De Cecco, since 1886.
Ingredients: Durum (wheat) semolina, niacin, ferrous lactate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid.
