Guittard Dark Chocolate Pistoles - 64%, Etoile Nord

Etoile Nord, French for the North Star, is an apt name for this semisweet dark chocolate. This is a luxurious chocolate with high impact cocoa and spice notes and minimal sweetness. A great compliment or enhancing flavor to baked goods and confectionary. Part of the premium line Collection Etienne, Etoile Nord Extra Dark 64% cacao chocolate is made in small batches in the French artisan tradition. Guittard chocolates are crafted with the professional chef in mind. Working with chocolate is easy with pistoles. They are easy to measure, melt smoothly, and mix well.
