Peanut butter makes everything yummier, and these delicious truffles are no exception. Our recipe for these addictive little truffles makes use of simple but fresh ingredients and the best baking chocolate you can find.

Peanut Butter Truffles Recipe Instructions

  • 2 ½ cups confectioners' or powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cup smooth peanut butter
  • 5 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. bittersweet baking chocolate chips , 70 % cacao, melted in a bowl and at room temperature
  • 3 oz. milk chocolate, melted

  1. Beat the powdered sugar, peanut butter, melted butter, vanilla extract and salt with an electric mixer until well combined.
  2. Put in the fridge for 2 hours.
  3. With a very small ice cream scoop or a rounded teaspoon form parts of the mixture into round balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Leave in the freezer and remove one by one for coating.
  4. With a fork one by one dip into the melted chocolate, wait until the melted chocolate falls into the bowl.
  5. Leave the truffles on a tray with parchment or waxed paper.
  6. When set put the melted milk chocolate in a piping bag, cut the tip and make rounded swirls.
  7. Keep in a very fresh place.
