The owners of Rogue Creamery in Oregon decided to honor their grandmothers by naming a special cheese after them, and so Flora Nelle blue cheese was born. Lighter than their other acclaimed blue cheese, Fiora Nelle is made from cow's milk and is covered with a thin dusty rind of vegetable ash, which keeps the inside humid and buttery. The flavor of Fiora Nelle is fruity and exotic, the cheese as possessing a lighter flavor, almost resembling tropical fruits, low in acidity and a buttery mouthfeel. Suitable for Gluten-Free diets, Fiora Nelle is Independently Certified Gluten Free.
