This cheese is delicious. Had it for the first time at my Sicilian Mother-In Law’s house. She orders her cheese from here all the time. Never had any problems receiving her cheese. Go figure, lol. But the cheese was worth the wait because it’s a creamy, delicious and addictive cheese.
