This gorgeous jelly is made from floral and fruity Lambrusco wine from Italy. It's produced by Acetaia San Giacomo, a company that makes fine, high quality aged Balsamic Vinegars. This red wine jelly is nicely solid, made of pure wine, not water, dense and delicate, and pairs wonderfully with simple, fresh and delicate cheeses.
