Truffle and Bacon Deviled Eggs

Our truffled deviled eggs recipe is just the appetizer to elevate any cocktail party. Truffle oil is blended with crispy bacon and egg yolk, for a delicious and sophisticated dish.

Truffle and Bacon Deviled Eggs Instructions


  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 2 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped in small bits
  • 2 tsp. white or black truffle oil
  • ½ cup of mayonnaise
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Black pepper


  1. Using a sharp paring knife, slice the top of each egg and remove the egg yolk and reserve the hollow egg whites.
  2. Mix the yolk with mayonnaise, bacon and truffle oil in a medium bowl (this doesn’t need salt), until blended.
  3. Fill each egg white with the mayonnaise mix, topping with a sprinkle of Parsley and black pepper. Serve immediately or refrigerate until use.
