A: This truffle oil is not made using actual truffles but truffle flavoring.

Q: I have Porcino oil and black truffle oil. I have had these on my shelf quite some time (saving for some reason) what is the shelf life or long are they still usable?
A: As long as they're stored in a cool, dark place, these kinds of oils tend to last a long time, at least a year, if not two.
