5 Frozen Fruit Cocktails For Summer

Seasonal produce is always sweetest, and the most sustainable option to boot. But what’s one to do when the urge strikes to prepare a slushy, frozen, delicious cocktail and your fruit of choice is not around? Turn to the freezer, of course! Discover our five favorite cocktails to make with Ravifruit's line of frozen fruit purees - So easy, so quick, a touch of the (blender) button, and you'll be sipping tropical concoctions poolside all summer long.

Frozen Fruit Cocktail

Frozen Rose Grapefruit Cocktail

Oh yeah, frozee! (sorry, couldn't resist!). We take our favorite warm-weather wine and blend it with grapefruit puree, for a sweet yet not syrupy-sugary cocktail with the right amount of tartness to be super refreshing.

Blend until well combined. Serve in a chilled glass. Garnish with mint.

Red Berry Lime Gintini

  • 2 oz. Red Berry Compote
  • 2 tsp. lime juice
  • 1 oz. juice

Shake in a cocktail blender and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri

White rum, pineapple, a twist of lime and just enough sugar to make it perfectly sweet, all you need is a sunny day and some coconut lotion to transport yourself instantly to the islands!

  • 2 ounces rum (white is classic but any good rum works magic)
  • ¾ ounce lime juice
  • ¾ ounce sugar syrup
  • ½ cup Pineapple Puree

Pabana Sunrise

A super flavorful take on the classic cocktail, our Pabana Sunrise is a blend of Ravifruit's Pabana - Passionfruit, Banana and Mango - mixed with orange juice and a hearty doze of tequila. A summery drink that we love to serve poolside!

In a blender with a few ice cubes, add ingredients. Blend for a few seconds, and serve in a cocktail glass.

Berry Vodka Lemonade

This is the kind of grown-up lemonade we LOVE around here! Just take your usual lemonade and blend with blueberry and strawberry puree (or really the flavor you love the most) and blend with top-shelf vodka.

Blend ice, lemonade and berries until slushy, then add the vodka and blend to mix.
