Mixed Provencal Olives
A selection of hand-picked green and black olives carefully cured in French sea salt. Nicoise and Picholine olives are marinated in water, vinegar, sunflower oil and sea salt, with thyme of Provence, for a superb and aromatic olive cocktail mix. Arnaud has been a family-run olive company since 1947, with each generation passing down the tricks and secrets of the olive trade, and adding new and inventive recipes to their collection.
Ingredients: Green, black, and tournantes "tailladees" olives, Nicoise style olives, Picholine oilives, water, vinegar, sunflower oil, thyme of Provence, sea salt, citric acid as a preservative.
