All pastries come unbaked, with puff pastry dough wrapped around delicious sweet fillings. When baked, the dough develops a crispy crust, soft interior and a buttery rich flavor. Enjoy three pastry varieties in this mixed pack: lemon pillow, almond bear claw, and blueberry pocket danish.

The lemon pillow pastries have a smooth lemon custard filling, made sweet and tart with lemon zest. The almond bear claws have an almond paste interior and a sweet glaze across the top. Bear claws are so named for the paw shape that develops as the dough expands during baking. Blueberry pockets are filled with a sweet blueberry fruit filling, with chunks of fruit suspended in a sweet glaze.

These pastries can be enjoyed for breakfast paired with fresh juice, fruit, and coffee; or as dessert.


Ingredients: Dough made with: unbleached wheat flour (enriched with malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, ascorbic acid, folic acid), water, butter (cultured cream), sugar, yeast, non fat dry milk, eggs, dough conditioner (wheat flour, vital wheat gluten, malted wheat flour, enzymes, ascorbic acid, salt, annatto (lemon cream cheese and almond bear claw). Lemon Filling made with: cream cheese, granulated sugar, water, eggs, modified food starch, lemon zest oil. Almond filling made with: granulated sugar, water, wheat flour (enriched with malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, ascorbic acid, folic acid), almonds, eggs, modified food starch, salt, almond extract (sucrose, dextrose, fructose, natural flavor, almond), sodium bicarbonate, caramel color. Blueberry filling made with: wild blueberries, granulated sugar, modified food starch, water. Contains trace amounts of soy, tree nuts (coconut, walnut, almond, hazelnuts, pecan), sesame seed.

Q: What temperature and how long is the baking ?
A: The Lemon Pillow, Almond Bear Claw, Bluberry Pocket Danish need to be egg-washed and then baked for about 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven, at 400°F, until they acquire a golden-brown color on top. They should not be defrosted before baking.

A: The shelf life is 4 months kept frozen, tightly packaged as to not be exposed.
