Pane Volante Italian Flat Bread

These light and crispy flat crackers are a must-have to add to bread baskets or to serve with your antipasto or charcuterie boards. Artisan and all-natural, they’re made in Italy with simple and wholesome ingredients – soft wheat flour, sunflower oil and yeast – and following traditional Italian recipes. Pane Volante is so called because the name means “flying bread”, a play on its winged shape.

Pane Volante is delicious and a versatile product to add to your pantry. You can easily serve it with soups instead of crackers, or lay a slice of Prosciutto and a thin wedge of cheese and enjoy as a simple appetizer. With the perfect texture, these crackers are sturdy enough to hold up to more hearty ingredients, so you can pile up some spreads, or perhaps some heirloom tomato slices, a drizzle of olive and some flaky sea salt to finish it off. Dip it into some baked brie of melted Camembert, or use it to scoop up some salsa, endless possibilities in this artisan product!

Our pane volante is prettily packaged and is perfect for retail store displays. Add it to an Italian gourmet gift basket, or just pair it with any of our Italian cheeses and specialty meats.
