Q: I recently purchased this 72% chocolate and notice a hint of coconut flavor in it. Are my taste buds faulty?
A: Only ingredient in this chocolate are Cocoa paste, Sugar, Cocoa butter, reduced fat Cocoa Powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla flavor. May contain traces of nuts, gluten and milk. No traces of coconut.

A: Noel chocolate comes from France. This is a bittersweet chocolate, typically used for molding, dipping, enrobing, decoration, but it can also be used as regular chocolate. Unfortunately we do not have samples for it and it only comes in the format we have available (boxes of 11 lbs).
