Salami El Rey - Spicy Chorizo

Inspired by the iconic Spanish paprika sausage, this American-made version is deeply spiced with smoked paprika, clove, allspice, with cayenne and chili flakes for heat.

El Rey (The King!) is mildly spicy, without burning off your tongue but lingering in your mouth for a good 5 minutes. This is the kind of salami you want if you’re looking for some heat in your meat. All of Olympia’s spices are freshly ground in house, so this chorizo is rich and intense, with a deep red color. Pair with a classic Spanish Manchego cheese, and serve as a tapas with roasted red peppers, some plump olives.
