This 2.2 lb. brick of almond paste contains 50% almonds, blended sugar and stabilizers. With much less sugar than other types of almond paste (typically used for marzipan), you can use this 50% almond paste for any baking recipe, especially for filling pastries, chocolates, cookies and more.
