Cornichons
Cornichons are a French-style gherkin, or pickled cucumbers. Roland's Cornichons are picked before they are fully grown and immersed in a light brine for 1 or 2 days; they are then packed in aged white wine vinegar. Roland uses only the choicest's, smallest gherkins, for a perfect snack. Roland Cornichons can be used at room temperature; however, the crispness is brought out if they are refrigerated first. Can also be used in hot dishes or sauces as they hold up well under heat.
Ingredients: Gherkins, Water, Vinegar, Salt, White Onions, Mustard Seeds, Tarragon, Calcium Chloride, Natural Flavoring.
