Toasted Almond Oil
This wonderful oil begins with premium French almonds, toasted to release all their wonderful warm flavors, then pressed to extract the oil. The texture is light and delicate, with a flavor and aroma that is rich and sweet. Since Almond Oil has a low smoke point, it's better used for finishing dishes, not cooking. Pairs especially well with baby greens, apples, pears and goat cheeses. Saveurs de la Terre is located in Perigord, where they produce high quality oils in small batches. Refrigerate after opening.
