Wagyu Corned Beef Potato Hash Recipe Instructions


  • 8 oz.Wagyu Corned Beef
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • ½ large sweet onion, diced
  • ½ green pepper
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Boil the potatoes until soft, drain and reserve.
  2. Bring the olive oil and butter on a large pan to a medium head and add the onions. Saute the onions until slightly tender.
  3. Add the potatoes, corned beef, salt, pepper and paprika and saute on medium-high for a couple of minutes, then add the tomato sauce and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring.
  4. Toss in green pepper and parsley, stir and cook, covered, for another 2 minutes. Reserve warm.
  5. In a separate frying pan, fry 4 eggs.
  6. Plate the hash on a plate and top with a fried egg and slices of tomatoes, garnishing with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
