About Raspberry Jam

Raspberry jam is known for its deep red color and sweet, sometimes tart, berry flavor with a slightly crunchy texture thanks to the tiny raspberry seeds found in true raspberry jams. Maison Francis Miot Raspberry Jam is a delicious gourmet jam made from Willamette Raspberries, large dark red berries with medium amounts of acidity and tartness. Raspberry jam is delicious on toast or biscuits, as filler for pastries, and marbled into or layered in creamy cheesecakes and mousses.

All Maison Francis Miot production is done at their facilities in Uzos, France. The raspberries are cooked in controlled bursts with sugar cane, lemon juice and fruit pectin to best preserve the flavor and aroma of the fruits. There is 60% fruit content by weight in Francis Miot jams. Jams are gluten-free, allergen-free, and kosher.

After opening, store jams and jellies in the refrigerator, and use within one month.

Maison Francis Miot has been crafting high-quality jams and jellies since 1985. They have expanded to include confectionaries, honey, and fair-trade chocolates. They received the award for “Champion du Monde” for their jams in 1988, 1990, and 1991.
