Round Savory Tart Shells are handcrafted from wheat flour and New Zealand butter, giving them a wholesome, buttery flavor that's unsweetened and therefore ideal for savory tartelettes and mini-quiches. Fill them with mousse, cheeses, meats, fruits and other fillings with delicious results. At 3.2 inches per tart, they're small enough to create individual-sized appetizers but big enough to give you a few mouthfuls instead of one: think "triple-bite-sized" instead of "bite-sized!" They're also coated to delay sogginess, and packaged in sealed trays with an anti-humidity guard.
