Product Questions And Answers

Q: Is this puree aseptic?
A: The Ravifruit purees are not aseptic. They are not sterilized or pasteurized.

Q: Can you keep this in the freezer?
A: Yes, you can keep the puree in the freezer to extend the shelf life. We do not recommend freezing the same puree several times though. Once unfrozen, the shelf life is only 3 days if kept in the refrigerator.

Q: Not using fresh berries, would you know the amount of sugar and water I would need to make a Cassis sorbet ?
A: 6-8 Servings

Q: Are there some whole currant berries in the currant puree?
A: The berries are all pureed, so there aren't any whole berries in the puree.
