Vermicelli Pasta by Molino e Pastificio is vermicelli done right. The durum wheat is self-milled in the century-old mill that sits next to the pasta factory. The use only non-GMO raw material in their mix of coarse and finely ground durum. Pasta makers mix the wheat with fresh mountain spring water from the Vartegna area above Poschiavo and process it with care. The pasta is then dried in an attic for a week.

Located at 3,300 ft above sea level, the mill and factory sit at the perfect environment for pasta making. Each strand is full of aromatic flavor and constructed so sauces stick better. Each bite is firm and nutty and the pasta itself elevates every dish with much more flavor. This isn’t your grocery store pasta. Molino e Pastificio perfected their techniques with over a century of experience in high-quality pasta production.

Vermicelli is perfect for many classic Italian meat and tomato sauces combined with a variety of meats and vegetables. It’s another versatile pasta similar to spaghetti and great for pasta bakes. Even making fusion food with Asian noodle dishes will taste delicious!

In Poschiavo, Switzerland, the Fisher family runs Molino e Pastificio as they have since 1911. They make their products with healthy, natural, raw ingredients and grind their wheat on-site. The ingredients contain no GMOs or additives, and they use their fresh mountain spring water in every mix to make some of the most flavorful pastas in the world.
