Q: is this frozen in a big chunk or is one able to easily measure portions of it for use in baking
A: This is shipped semi frozen or should arrive as such upon arrival. This way you can separate into different containers and freeze any that you will not consume right away.
Q: Does it contain just the outer orange peel (flavedo) or is it the full peel with the bitter white part?
A: The pith (the white bitter part) is removed so this Orange Zest does not contain it.
Q: How many orange equivalent in each package?
A: The equivalent for 1.1 lbs tub is 40 oranges.

A: The only ingredient is orange zest, it does not have anything else added to it, thus no sugar added either.
