Q: I'd like to use these with a cream heese baked filling. Will i have any issue with baking these for 20 minutes at 350?

Q: Can the mini tartlets be filled the night before a party. I will be filling them with a marscarpone cheese cake and a rich chocolate mousse. I don't want them to get soggy.
A: Filling them the night before will turn them soggy. They need to be prepped the day of the event.
