Di Stefano
An American family-owned company from Southern California which specializes in an Italian classic: the rare mozzarella di Bufala. Di Stefano was founded by Mimmo Bruno, an Italian cheese master from Puglia who introduced burrata in 1993. They make their Italian-style cheeses from locally sourced milk, made fresh daily in their boutique facility. Their Mozzarella burrata is everything that you would expect from an authentic burrata – creamy, rich, buttery and superbly flavorful.
