Wine Soaked Cheese
A lot of cheeses that are tinted with a red hue achieve that coloring thanks to baths of red wine, like Port. The result is a lovely purplish hue on the rind, which contrasts with the lightness of the inside of the cheese, and a mild aroma of wine.
